Training
We recognise that it is not only lawyers that need to keep in touch with the current legislation, but support staff as well. This is why we have formed the Support Staff Training Committee. We are dedicated to developing individuals to recognise their full potential and meet their personal objectives.
We offer a comprehensive induction on commencement of employment to ensure new members of our firm integrate quickly.
We offer a wide range of training courses which can be undertaken internally and externally. These courses are run by the Law Society and other external trainers.
Every member of staff receives an annual appraisal. This gives us the opportunity to review the past year and look forward to the coming year. Appraisals also allow us to identify each person’s training and development needs.
