After 15 years running their practice and following Joan’s recent health scare, Joan has decided to retire and leaves Beverley to continue with the commitment they both made to family law. The ethos of their firm will continue and following a number of years collaborating with Lodders for the benefit of clients, it seemed a fitting move which would promote and support the firm’s ongoing commitment to this challenging area of law.
Lodders is one of Warwickshire’s pre-eminent private client law firms. Lodders and Divorce and Family Law Practice have many shared client relationships and both Beverley and Joan have worked closely with members of the Lodders team for several years.
The merged firm will have offices in four locations: Divorce and Family Law Practice’s existing premises in St Paul’s Square Birmingham, plus the Lodders network of offices across Stratford upon Avon, Henley in Arden and Cheltenham.
The Divorce and Family Law Practice team will be further strengthened by Lodders’ matrimonial law specialist Christine Williams, an associate in the firm’s Stratford upon Avon office. A member of the national organisation of family lawyers, Resolution, she will continue to advise clients on all family law matters from Lodders’ Warwickshire location.
