Lexcel and Investors in People Accreditation
Lodders Solicitors LLP is delighted to have been awarded the Lexcel and Investors in People accreditation in April 2009 following a pre-assessment visit.
The Lexcel accreditation is a Law Society Quality Standard and enables the firm to comply with all the legislation and rules which solicitors firms are now required to follow, and to demonstrate that such compliance is in existence.
The Lexcel accreditation is recognised by a number of organisations, such as not-for-profit organisations, and is often a requirement before such organisations will consider instructing a firm of solicitors.
The Investors in People standard relates to how we value our staff and enables us to be an even better employer. The re-attainment of this quality award in 2009 sits nicely with a new major initiative which the firm has recently introduced.
