Alison has excellent communication skills and provides a high quality of service, working closely with both members of the public and industry professionals. Having qualified in 1987, Alison specialised in the area of residential property early in her career. Before joining Lodders in 2009, she was a Property Partner at Needham & James. She has gained considerable expertise in all aspects of sales, purchases, mortgage work, and specialist property transfers and all private property related matters, such as deeds of easements and adverse possession claims. Having worked in the area for many years, Alison possesses a good understanding of local issues. Before she started a family, Alison was an active member of her local Rotary Club, helping to raise funds in numerous ways, such as taking part in a yearly hike of the Malvern Hills in aid of Sight Saves. Still involved in her community, she now enjoys raising money for her son’s school as a member of the PTA and taking part in the Race for Life for Cancer Research.
