Short bio:
I am a family law solicitor and a Legal Director.
I specialise in high net worth matrimonial finance cases, especially those involving business assets and pensions, regularly acting for clients with very substantial assets. I also have an interest in pensions on divorce and enjoy the details of resolving the financial disclosure and presenting my case in a way that maximises the client’s position.
I am a fully trained collaborative lawyer and a member of Resolution.
I enjoy resolving complex problems without resorting to court and helping people to achieve a consensual outcome that respects what each party has contributed to the relationship in their different ways. This is important when seeking a pragmatic resolution, between parties who wish to retain a civil relationship, for the benefit of their children.
