Catrin approaches challenging cases with enthusiasm and determination. Having originally started out as a broker in the City, she retrained and completed her qualifying exams while still working full-time. An excellent communicator and problem solver, Catrin specialises in estate planning, wills, community care issues and funding, matters following death, inheritance tax issues, mental capacity issues, deputyship applications and lasting powers of attorney. She also advises on Court of Protection matters. An authentic people person, Catrin loves the jigsaw-puzzle nature of her job. With clients who come from all walks of life, she is equally satisfied when solving tricky tax issues or assisting the vulnerable. Always positive and with a great sense of humour, on her weekends Catrin is kept busy painting, walking, appreciating the arts and enjoying the company of her daughters
