Cheryl has worked for Lodders since the company merged with F B Hancock Co. in 1994. Starting out in law as a Legal Secretary, she became a Legal Executive in 2009 after four years of intensive study. Through her experience in residential property, working out of numerous Lodders offices and at various levels of responsibility, Cheryl has become highly skilled at performing every aspect of the conveyancing process. Cheryl is also renowned for her lucky streak. In 1998, Cheryl won not just one but two 5-star holidays, to Rome and Disney Land. She claims her wins are a result of patience and hard work, skills which both serve her well in her role with Lodder’s.
