Dale is an exceptional corporate commercial lawyer with formidable negotiating skills. After qualifying as a solicitor in 1999, he worked in Cheltenham and then moved to Harvey Ingram and Cobbetts, in Birmingham. He joined Lodders in 2007, and works in the Business Group, specialising in corporate transactions and restructures, commercial contracts and information technology. He has acted for a wide range of both private and public sector clients. Born in North Wales, Dale enjoys playing a leading role in his community. In addition to being a Business Mentor to The Prince’s Trust, he is also a Director of Global Dimension Trust, a charity which focuses on global warming issues with a particular emphasis on developing countries. If he can find the time, Dale loves to fly out to a ski resort and lose himself in his snowboarding.
