Emma has worked for Lodders ever since she graduated in 1997. Utilising Lodders willingness to assist with training and career progression, Emma went on to qualify and is now a Solicitor in the Private Client Department, based in the Henley in Arden office. She specialises in wills, the administration of estates, living wills, care for the elderly and Court of Protection work. Emma is also joint Regional Co-ordinator for the Warwickshire and Worcestershire branch of Solicitors for the Elderly and has just been appointed to the Office of Public Guardian’s new Panel of Deputies. Originally interested in being a writer, Emma enjoys her legal career for its interesting and varied workload. A devoted mother, her time and energy outside of the office is mostly taken up by her children. When she does end up with time to herself, she usually indulges either her love of baking, music or literature. She is also a School Governor at a local primary school.
