Under Frances’ direction, the Residential Property Team has grown into one of the most established and well respected operations in the region, highly regarded for its efficiency and quality of service. After leaving Eversheds in Birmingham to join Lodders in 1985, Frances was only 32 when she became a Partner. In addition to managing the resources of the firm's larger Real Estate Group, of which the Residential Team forms part, Frances is Human Resources Partner and oversees the firm’s quality control. She particularly specialises in the sale and purchase of high value residential properties. Frances enjoys her law career for its intricate detail and associated level of certainty. Outside of the office, she joins her husband in their love of antique clocks and enjoys a busy family life.
