Since joining Lodders in 2008, Paul’s friendly and approachable character has proved a perfect match. Brought up locally, he previously worked for Charles Russell in Cheltenham and is now an important member of the Development, Investment and Finance team. This role requires Paul to deal with property development and investment property transactions for both residential and commercial clients. He has also acted for a variety of owner managed companies, PLCs and residential property investment funds. Paul has a keen intellect and is a natural problem solver. Since realising he enjoyed the challenge of working on complicated cases as a trainee, he has continued to use his technical and creative talent to secure the best possible outcomes for his clients. In his early years, Paul hoped to become a professional sportsman after being selected for the Cheltenham & District Under 9’s football team, and has since relegated this passion into his spare time. In addition to sport and spending time with his family, he is also a trustee of the Get A-Head Charitable Trust, supporting research into head and neck diseases.
