Penny established our office in Cirencester in 2008 and with over 20 years’ experience as a rural property lawyer, she is a key player in Lodders’ strong agriculture team. Having qualified in English and French law, Penny trained at Cameron McKenna in the City. She specialises in the sale and purchase of rural property, farms and estates. She also advises landowners and estates on a wide variety issues including the grant of agricultural, residential and commercial leases, residential development, auctions, overage and option agreements. Professional memberships include the committee of the Gloucestershire branch of the Game and Wildlife Conservation Trust, the Country Land and Business Association and the Agricultural Law Association. On a personal note, Penny enjoys ski touring, mountain biking, road biking and tennis. Penny has been described in Chambers as one of the "superstars in the industry" and is known for her result-oriented and collaborative approach to work.
