Richard Ollis
Partner, with special responsibility for strategic planning and business development.
T: 01789 206111
Richard spent much of his early professional career in Stratford-upon-Avon. Then, in 1999, having spent the best part of ten years at DLA Piper in Birmingham, he found himself returning, this time to Lodders where he used his skills as a specialist in commercial property to build up Lodders’ highly respected Development, Investment and Finance team. While still a member of that team, and closely associated with the work-group and its client base, Richard has passed the management of it into the capable hands of Nick East, to assume a broader range of responsibilities concerned with the future strategic development of the practice. He is also a founding member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners and was recently appointed a Notary Public.
Determined to become a lawyer from a young age, Richard uses his competitive nature and ample leadership skills to make the most out of situations and inspire those around him. A keen sportsman, Richard is a past Captain and President of Stratford on Avon Golf Club and a keen tennis player. He is also a Trustee of Warwickshire Private Hospital Charitable Trust and a supporter of Shakespeare Hospice.
