Ruth brings with her a wide scope of experience. After studying law at university, Ruth worked for Edge Ellison, a large practice in Birmingham, and in-house in industry. After seeing the high quality of work and expertise combined with the welcoming, friendly environment, she decided to move to Lodders in 2000. She specialises in general commercial property work including the acquisitions and sales of freehold and leasehold properties (both existing and new build), the granting and acquiring of leases and secured lending. Proud to be an Associate at Lodders, Ruth most enjoys projects and cases that stretch her ability and that deal with high volume, complicated transactions. Always interested in learning new skills, Ruth has even been known to turn her hand to a spot of clay pigeon shooting. A high achiever, she hit clay
