Samantha earned her diploma in anti-money laundering in 2005, becoming one of the first solicitors in England to attain a qualification in the subject. A qualified solicitor, she has also gained priceless experience as a Senior Crown Prosecutor and worked alongside the Professional Advisor for the Law Society. Her previous achievements include devising and implementing Birmingham City Council’s current anti-money laundering policy and providing advice on the Freedom of Information Act, the Data Protection Act, the Licensing Act 2003 and the Gambling Act 2005. Outstanding organisational skills have been crucial to Samantha’s long list of successes. As the only member of Lodders extensive team responsible for compliance, she is called on to juggle a diverse range of jobs. These have included implementing up-to-date anti-money laundering policies and procedures and delivering training to fee earners and support staff. Along with raising a family and keeping up her gym membership she also, somehow, manages to squeeze in volunteering as a legal manager for a local charity.
