When dealing with a contentious matter, Sonia always recognises the need to consider arguments from every angle.  Having completed her training in 2009, she went on to qualify into the Business Dispute Resolution Department. Sonia advises on a range of dispute resolution matters, including commercial disputes, insolvency issues (together with bankruptcy petitions), contentious employment issues, and claims in negligence and personal injury. She has also greatly benefited from experience attending Employment Tribunals since her qualification, which is her area of special interest. Motivated by securing successful outcomes for her clients, Sonia perseveres until she achieves the best possible conclusion in a case. Throughout her time at Lodders, she has enjoyed being instructed on a wide variety of litigious matters, with a focus on reaching resolution through mediation. A co-founder of Lodders Charity Committee, Sonia takes a keen interest in giving back to her community. She is a regular participant in charity runs and provides ongoing assistance to Leamington Night Shelter. At home, Sonia follows a passion for concocting delicious Indian cuisine.
