Steven has worked for a number of large city firms around the world. Before joining Lodders in 2005, he gained experience working in London, at DJ Freeman & Co, and in Auckland, New Zealand, with Rudd Watts & Stone. Since returning to Stratford upon Avon to be closer to his home, he has become involved in a family property business. Steven is a Partner in the Business Property team in the Commercial Property Department, and specialises in commercial property work. After starting out as a commercial lawyer, Steven worked hard to transfer his skills across to become a commercial property lawyer. Working hard is something that he has become accustomed to. An example of what Steven calls a holiday is travelling through the Pakistan Himalayas and China, climbing and trekking en route, taking in mountains, rivers and some of history’s most vivid features. Although today, he prefers to spend his time with his young family, watching cricket and running in charity races, for good causes such as the Shakespeare Hospice.
