Short bio:
I am a partner in Lodders’ Real Estate group and head of our Planning team.
I specialise in planning, highways and environmental matters and I advise a range of clients including local authorities, developers, private landowners and business owners on all aspects of planning and highways law.
My role includes negotiating and completing planning and infrastructure agreements, carrying out due diligence on property transactions, and advising on discrete planning and highways issues. My clients range from investors and national housebuilders to charities and individuals.
I am efficient and approachable, and enjoy working closely with my clients to help them achieve their development goals and gain planning permissions for their projects.
I am based in Stratford upon Avon
