Short bio:
I am a partner in the Family Law team at Lodders.
I am a matrimonial finance and children law specialist, supporting clients to resolve the most complex financial remedy and children disputes at all stages, from interim applications through to multi-day final hearings and appeals. I specialise in high-net-worth matrimonial finance cases, many of which involve pensions, businesses, farms, landed estates and trusts. I also specialise in complex private law children work, including national and international relocation of children.
I have consistently been ranked in Chambers and Partners and described as, “available to her clients and knows everything about her cases”, “a strong tactician” and “focussed on finding a resolution”.
Legal 500 recognise me as a key lawyer and as, “outstanding” and “another figure who is equally adept at resolving complex financial and children cases”.
I am an articulate, tenacious advocate with a fierce determination to achieve the best outcome for my clients, through negotiation or litigation. I am highly professional with a warm and empathetic demeanour to help clients navigate the complexities of litigation. I enjoy achieving better than expected results, often in the most difficult of circumstances.
I am a member of Resolution. I am assisted by Chiara Edmonds and my secretary, Lynda Collins. My hobbies include competition ballroom and Latin dancing.

My career highlights
- I have successfully represented several clients in relation to international relocation of children, including preventing a child being returned to Malta, obtaining the court’s consent to a relocation to Australia and negotiating the arrangements for a child to live in Qatar.
- I joined Lodders in July 2017 and have worked exclusively in family law for the last 20 years, in increasingly complex, often high value cases.
- I was successful in persuading the court to award 100% of the marital assets, upon divorce to a vulnerable client who had lost capacity to conduct her litigation in circumstances whereby all of the funds were required to meet her care needs.
- Consistent recognition in Chambers and Partners and Legal 500.
