In England and Wales, it is estimated that there are no more than 800 people qualified to act as a Notary. This is due to it being a separate and distinct element of the legal service, and therefore cannot be provided by solicitors, per se. At Lodders, we appreciate the fact that notarial services are a highly specialised and valuable area of practice. That’s why we offer a full notarial service for private individuals and corporations.
