We are currently recruiting for an Administration Assistant to be based in our Stratford office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone wishing to start their career in a highly respected law firm.
As a member of the Lodders team, you will be part of a culture that seeks to reward excellence whilst encouraging collaboration and a sense of fun.
This role will include all aspects of office work and we will offer a high standard of training in all areas.
Duties will include:
- Front desk and switchboard operation
- Greeting clients
- Supervision of meeting facilities including diary management, refreshments, and Covid security
- Distribution and scanning of mail
- Administration duties including photocopying, scanning
- Other general office support functions.
Our preferred candidate will have excellent communication skills and portray a professional image.
