Short bio:
I am the HR director at Lodders.
I enjoy being able to influence change and also the sheer variety of my role. The role of HR director is such a diverse and varied one, from being an ambassador for the firm and driving the strategic plan, through to supporting staff in any way we can.
I am also a qualified mental health first aider and a qualified hypnotherapist, both of which have enabled me to further support the great people with whom I work at Lodders.
I am based in Stratford upon Avon but work across all of our offices
