I joined Lodders in June 2018 as an Assistant Solicitor in the Dispute Resolution team. I assist Nick Rowe in both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters.
I was called to the Bar in 2009, having successfully completed the Bar Vocational Course achieving a grade of Very Competent. Following which, I completed the Qualified Lawyers Transfer Test and was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2013. Two years later, I obtained my Higher Rights of Audience, in both Civil and Criminal Higher Courts Proceedings.
Since qualifying, I have undertaken work for some of the UK’s largest insurance companies, as well for those who instructed privately. My work has provided me with first-hand experience in Employment Tribunals across the Country, as well as in the Employment Appeal Tribunal. I was frequently instructed to advise and represent both Claimants and Respondents across the breadth of Employment Law Topics, which included: Unfair and wrongful dismissals, discrimination, breach of contract, redundancies and unlawful deductions from wages.
My 7 years of legal experience, in both Employment and Civil Litigation, afford me with a unique skill set; enabling me to provide clients with commercially astute advice, delivered in a well-rounded, clear and logical manner. Lay and Professional Clients have frequently commented on my personable, pragmatic and conscientious approach.
