I am a partner in the Private Client team and head of our Cheltenham office. I advise clients on a broad range of matters including Wills, Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection matters, the administration of estates, the creation and administration of trusts.  I was admitted as a solicitor in May 2009 and started with Lodders in October 2016. Prior to that, I worked for four years at Harrison Clark Rickerbys in Worcester and for seven years at The Wilkes Partnership in Birmingham. In total, I have over 15 years of experience in probate matters.

I have particular experience of advising older and vulnerable clients which includes assisting them with financial management, health and welfare issues and I have acted in a wide range of Court of Protection matters.  These include applications for Deputy Orders, Statutory Wills and the removal of an Attorney/Deputy, orders for sale in respect of property, orders in respect of gifting by an Attorney/Deputy and seeking judgment in respect of Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards. My clients are broad-ranging, the majority of which tend to be families with children who have a disability, attorneys or deputies acting for a vulnerable client.

What do you most enjoy about your job?
