Property dispute resolution specialist Mary Rouse has joined Lodders as the firm’s first Legal Director in its Property Dispute Resolution team.
The former head of Property Litigation at Leamington Spa law firm Wright Hassall where she worked for over 30 years and was a partner for five years, Mary boosts Lodders’ rapidly expanding Property Dispute Resolution team that forms part of the firm’s Dispute Resolution practice led by Jane Senior.
Mary is known for her high quality of work in boundary and right of way disputes, residential tenant matters, housing and asset management for portfolio landlords and registered providers, lender litigation, and Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act (TOLATA) claims.
She has been rated by both the Chambers UK and Legal 500 directories, which recognise her ‘excellent knowledge and strong client care’.
Growth
