We are looking for a Senior Associate / Legal Director to join our Business Services group.

You will provide expert legal advice on commercial contracts, intellectual property and data protection, manage high-value matters, and guide clients through day to day business-related issues.

Key responsibilities:

  • Draft, negotiate, and review commercial contracts.
  • Advise clients on legal risks and contract performance.
  • Mitigate risks and ensure clients’ business objectives.
  • Advise on intellectual property and data protection.
  • Conduct legal research and ensure compliance.
  • Support in resolving contractual disputes.
  • Provide legal support in M&A transactions.
  • Mentor junior associates and paralegals.
  • Build strong client relationships and develop new business.

Qualifications and experience:

  • Qualified solicitor with a law degree.
  • 6+ years of experience in commercial contracts.
  • Strong understanding of commercial contract law, intellectual property, and data protection
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Business development skills and proactive approach.
  • Leadership and mentoring abilities.
