We are looking for a determined and accomplished town and country homes solicitor to join our Cheltenham office.

Knowledge, education, and experience required

  • Must have 5 or more years PQE in a similar role.
  • Have excellent client relationship and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.

To include experience in:

  • Running a caseload of complex residential property matters with high net worth clients.
  • Experience of dealing with residential files from initial instruction through to file closure.
  • Excellent file management and financial hygiene skills.
  • Knowledge of unregistered titles including first registrations.
  • Experience of dealing with transfers for probate estate matters.
  • Comprehensive understanding of legal and beneficial interests and the use of restrictions.
  • Experience of dealing with complex source of funds information.
  • Comprehensive understanding of land registry applications and knowledge of PGs.
  • Ability to work to deadlines/prioritise work/manage a varied caseload.
  • Ability to work in a team and on own initiative.
  • Strong legal skills and a very keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
