We’re seeking a trust and tax advisor to join our busy Private Client team in our Stratford upon Avon office.
Job purpose and key tasks for the role:
Working as part of a specialised, dedicated trust and tax team you will provide professional advice to a number of high net-worth individuals. Ideally, you will have experience in trust administration, as this will form the majority of the workload alongside probate, wills, and general private client work. Knowledge of personal, trust, and estate taxation is required.
Knowledge, education, and experience required:
- Motivated and driven
- Ideally qualified solicitor or CILEX qualified
- STEP qualification is an advantage
- Desire to progress and continually develop skills
- Excellent case management skills
- Ability to provide clear and focused advice
- Willing to strengthen client relationships and build new ones
