To provide accurate and timely administrative assistance to the fee earners in the Landed Estates and Agriculture Team with their more complex files and to manage some of the more process-driven elements in order to free up fee earner time. This will involve working on matters relating to rural and agricultural land including sales, purchases, options and leases and easements. The primary purpose will focus on areas such as deeds, scanning, Land Registry applications and SDLT applications.
Training on the job will be provided but some prior experience would be helpful as would an interest in the countryside.
There is scope for the right candidate to develop their role over time but initially, it will be focused on administrative support and require office presence.
