Independent mediation

Jane Senior, Lodders’ head of Dispute Resolution, is an accredited independent mediator and works with law firms and other professionals to assist with the effective and speedy resolution of disputes.

Jane has 30 years’ experience in property dispute resolution and is recognised by other professionals and the legal directories as an expert in her field. Her particular areas of specialism include neighbour disputes including boundary issues, commercial landlord and tenant, agricultural-related disputes, easements such as rights of way and rights of light, restrictive covenants, party wall matters, overage and co-ownership issues. She also regularly advises on contentious probate matters. She has worked with FTSE 100 clients, owner-managed businesses as well as partnerships and private individuals, including those in the rural sector.
