We are currently looking for a digital marketing executive to join our marketing team.
We are looking for a talented individual to lead the digital marketing pillar within the Lodders marketing team. Working with the marketing manager and marketing director to plan, execute and analyse digital campaigns across all online platforms, including our website, social media, Google Ads and podcasts. You will also provide support for the firm’s internal and external events programme as well as internal communications.
This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Stratford upon Avon. We currently spend three days per week in the office (but you can come in more if you wish) and we also regularly visit our other offices in Birmingham and Cheltenham.
Core responsibilities:
- Ensure the Lodders website and intranet are up to date and that content is added in a timely fashion.
- Work with the digital agency to ensure the website is performing and to implement any design modifications.
- Manage the SEO for the Lodders website, including monitoring performance and making improvements where required, working with the copywriting team.
- Ensure all new starters and leavers are updated on the intranet and, where necessary, the website and to create the appropriate user accounts.
- Keep Review Solicitors up to date with an accurate list of user accounts.
- Manage all paid search advertising and paid social advertising.
- Manage the Lodders social media accounts, including content creation, implementation and analysis.
- Support with photography and videography, including liaising with and briefing external suppliers.
- Video editing for both internal and external content.
- Provide support at Lodders events.
- Manage the Lodders podcast series.
- Support fee earners and others with creating / editing slide decks for presentations.
- Be the technical lead on webinars – internal and external.
- Produce a monthly digital report with analysis of performance and recommendations for improvement.
- Provide support to the wider marketing team as required.
About you
- 2 to 4 years digital marketing experience within a professional services or expertise-led business.
- A recognised digital marketing qualification – or to be working towards one.
- Experience of creating, managing and analysing successful digital campaigns.
- Experience of working with and briefing external agencies and suppliers.
- Approachable and friendly with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
- Well organised with good attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise and manage a busy and varied workload and projects.
- Flexible, hardworking, positive and can-do attitude.
- Commitment to continual improvement and learning.
- Driving licence.
Technical skills
- Full proficiency across the Microsoft Suite.
- Full proficiency across the Adobe Suite – Photoshop, InDesign and Premiere Pro
- Accredited for LinkedIn advertising and Google advertising.
- SEO – analysis and implementation.
- WordPress and basic coding.
- Expert in GA4 and the full suite of Google analytics tools.
- Canva
- All social media platforms.
- Confident using podcast and webinar tools.
