Short bio:
I am an associate in the Construction and Engineering team at Lodders.
I specialise in non-contentious construction work and have experience in drafting and negotiating standard and bespoke forms of contract and associated performance bonds and parent company guarantees; consultant appointments; novation agreements; collateral warranties; and reliance letters.
I work with a wide range of clients, including developers, funders, end-users, consultants, and contractors. I enjoy being able to help clients achieve their objectives and adapting to any new challenges along the way.
I have worked in the legal sector for more than 16 years; my background before this was in the manufacturing engineering sector.
I am based in Birmingham
