Lodders Diversity Questionnaire 2024
In our most recent anonymous staff survey, carried out as part of the SRA’s required diversity data collection, we gathered information to help us understand our workforce profile and identify opportunities to further strengthen diversity across the firm, ensuring we better reflect the UK population.
Some of our key statistics:
- 75.3% are female
- 5.7% consider themselves to have a disability
- 37.3% are not religious
- 93% are heterosexual
- 54.4% went to UK state run or state-funded schools (non-selective)
83% of our employees took part in the diversity survey, and the percentages above are calculated based on the total number of respondents.
