Short bio:
I am a senior associate solicitor and contentious probate specialist in Lodders’ Dispute Resolution team.
I joined Lodders on 1 November 2021 and advise clients on a broad range of contested wills and trust disputes. My clients are usually executors or beneficiaries under a will, and I also help individuals who have not inherited part of a loved one’s estate because they have either been left out of a will or, there was no will in place.
In every situation, I take the time to listen to and understand a problem and do everything possible to find a solution. It is always rewarding to know that you have resolved a matter for someone and that they no longer have to worry about their future.
I am a member of the Environmental team at Lodders and volunteer for Loros, a hospice in Leicestershire and Rutland, providing care and respite for terminally ill patients and their families. I am also a member of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists.
