Short bio:
I am a partner and head of the Commercial Property Development and Investment team at Lodders.
I specialise in large-scale property transactions, with a focus on complex property development and investment. I have extensive experience in acting for a wide range of clients in relation to retail, logistics, offices, hotels, mixed-use developments, and out-of-town retail schemes dealing with all aspects of them including funding. I also have a particular expertise in relation to rights of light.
I enjoy the “people” part of the job and am often asked to input from the start of a project working with clients to shape the deal to help achieve a successful outcome for everyone involved. I’m regarded as being able to provide innovative solutions when the need arises.
I am based in Birmingham and Stratford upon Avon
