Short bio:
I am the People and Culture Director at Lodders
I’ve worked in law firms since 2017. Firstly, in the clinical negligence sector and latterly in media, technology and entertainment.
I am a generalist HR practitioner so everything that involves people will involve me at some stage. I describe my role as part agony aunt, part head teacher, part circus ringmaster and the rest as a strategic people problem solver.
I’m a member of a sailing club and can often be found on or in the River Severn and last year was awarded my first dan black belt in kickboxing martial arts.
I am based in Cheltenham but work across all four offices
