Short bio:
As Director of Client Experience, I am here to ensure our partners and employees maintain a laser-focus on our clients and the experience they have with us.
My career in law started in 2004, where I spent eight years working in the real estate practice group in what is now a leading international law firm. I then switched to the ‘dark side’ of marketing and business development, during which time I have studied all things client-based, from uncovering hidden client needs to key client management. Clients (and employees!) are the lifeblood of any law firm.
Outside of work, my one true love is my black labrador, Fowler (a very untrained gun dog!). He is my best friend in the whole wide world, and we love walking together (mainly to the nearest pub…).
I am based in Stratford upon Avon
