Short bio:
I advise clients on all aspects of employment law, with a focus on risk management, dispute resolution and the strategic use of HR processes. My work ranges from advising on internal employee relations matters to negotiating settlements and handling Employment Tribunal Claims. My expertise includes advising recruitment agencies on regulatory compliance, worker status, agency worker rights, onboarding processes, contractual frameworks and day-to-day ER challenges.
What I enjoy most is making a real difference in moments that truly matter. Whether helping someone negotiate a fair exit or supporting a recruitment agency through a compliance challenge, I like being the person who brings calm, confidence and direction when everything feels messy.
Previously, I worked for the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC), the largest trade body in the UK for the recruitment industry. I am also a member of the Employment Lawyers Association (ELA).
