Lodders has zero tolerance for abusive and threatening behaviour. This policy is designed to keep our staff and other clients safe at all times.
We seek to treat every client and visitor to our offices with courtesy and respect and we ask the same in return. Any behaviour whether that be verbal, physical or in writing that causes our staff to feel uncomfortable, embarrassed or threatened, is totally unacceptable.
Our zero tolerance for abuse and threatening behaviour includes abuse, aggression or threats made in person, over the telephone or in written communication, including on social media.
Lodders considers abusive and threatening behaviour to include:
- Using bad language or swearing
- Physical violence
- Verbal abuse
- Racial abuse
- Sexual harassment
Any instance of threat or physical abuse may be reported to the Police and lead to Lodders terminating the client relationship.
