Lodders appoints director of client experience

Lodders has appointed experienced business development specialist Kathryn Small as Director of client experience.

With over 25 years’ experience in professional services marketing and business development, Kathryn joins the firm from Clearwater, Corporate Finance. Prior to this, she was head of marketing and business development at Barker Brettell LLP and has also previously held senior roles at Gowling WLG, Irwin Mitchell, and Eversheds Sutherland.

At Lodders, Kathryn will be focused on business development across the firm’s full breadth of services as well as streamlining and enhancing the client experience and leading the marketing team.

Speaking about her appointment, she said: “In a heavily saturated legal market, providing an outstanding client experience is a key differentiator. My role will be to show clients ‘the Lodders way’ of doing things and going beyond the transaction to understand how clients feel following every interaction they have with us.
