Lodders strengthens Family team with appointment of new partner Aasha Choudhary

Based principally in Lodders’ Birmingham office, Aasha brings significant experience advising clients on complex family law matters.

She has particular expertise in high-net-worth financial remedy cases, international family law issues, trust and business-owner disputes, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements, and complex children matters including relocation and abduction cases.

Aasha joins Lodders from Shakespeare Martineau, where she was partner and head of the Birmingham Family team. She previously spent nine years at Mills & Reeve.

Her appointment forms part of Lodders’ continued investment in its Family team, which is focused on providing expert, highly personal advice to clients dealing with some of the most complex and sensitive issues in their personal lives.
