Lodders’ Real Estate teams have received recognition in both the Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners 2027 directories, with rankings achieved across Commercial Property, Construction and Agriculture, alongside a number of individual lawyer recommendations.

The Legal 500 has once again awarded Lodders’ Real Estate team a Tier 1 ranking for commercial property elsewhere in the West Midlands, recognising the team’s expertise across strategic land, residential development, renewable energy and broader property transactions.

Individual recognition in Legal 500 includes:

  • Mark Miller – Hall of Fame
  • Victoria Longmore – Leading Partner
  • James Mottram – Leading Partner
  • Daniel MacLeod – Next Generation Partner
  • Lauren Pearson – Leading Associate
  • James Leighfield – Leading Associate

The Chambers and Partners 2027 guide has also retained Lodders’ Real Estate team at Band 4 across the Midlands region, with Mark Miller maintaining his individual ranking and Daniel MacLeod recognised as an Up and Coming lawyer.

Construction

Lodders’ specialist Construction team achieved a Tier 4 ranking in both Legal 500 and Chambers, with team head Heidi Brennan recognised as a Leading Partner. The directory highlights the team’s work advising developers and contractors on non-contentious construction matters across commercial and residential projects.

Agriculture

The longstanding reputation of the firm in agriculture and estates continues to be recognised, the team retaining its Band 1 ranking in Legal 500 and Band 2 in Chambers. James Spreckley and Nicola Beach both continue ranked as individuals.

The latest rankings reflect the depth of expertise across Lodders’ Real Estate, Construction and Agriculture teams, and recognise the strength of the firm’s advice to landowners, developers, investors, contractors and rural businesses across the Midlands and beyond
