Short bio:
I am the Operations Director at Lodders.
My role is hugely varied. Fundamentally, I am responsible for all of the premises within the Lodders estate and the way we work within them. I am head of the client services team, I oversee our daily operating practices, and I am responsible for the health and safety of our staff and our visitors.
I am based in Stratford upon Avon but I work across all of our offices
My specialisms include:
- Premises relocation, regeneration, space planning and design
- Client experience and welfare
- Business support functions, staff management and structure
- Contract negotiations and supervision of supplier relationships
- Budget control and cost analysis
- Environmental impact and sustainability
- H&S policy and practices
My career highlights
- Hitting the 20 year service milestone and being made a Director of the firm I joined as a teenage ‘rookie’.
- Refurbishing and opening the beautiful Cheltenham office, Glensanda House.
I enjoy being a critical part of the mechanics of the firm, making things happen, and looking after our Lodders family.
