Helena Moore

Short bio:

I am an Associate in Lodders’ Private Client team.

I joined Lodders in May 2023 after relocating to Warwickshire. I advise individuals, families and trustees on a wide range of estate planning matters, with particular experience in agricultural succession planning, helping farming families and landowners pass wealth and assets to future generations.

My work includes advising on succession planning, wills, trusts, probate and Lasting Powers of Attorney. I work closely with John Rouse, a Partner in the team, supporting estates that include agricultural and often farming business assets. I help clients balance family and tax considerations, putting the right structures in place to preserve wealth and achieve a smooth transition between generations.

I enjoy building long-term relationships with clients and taking the time to understand their individual circumstances. Whether helping someone put plans in place for the future or supporting a family following a bereavement, I aim to provide clear, practical advice and make complex legal issues easy to understand, at what may be a difficult time for them.

I am also a Dementia Friend, supporting the Alzheimer’s Society initiative to improve understanding of dementia and help make communities more inclusive.

I am an Associate Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and am working towards full membership. STEP is the leading professional body for specialists in trusts, estates and succession planning, and my membership reflects my commitment to developing specialist expertise and providing the highest standard of advice.

Outside work, I enjoy keeping active and walking in the countryside.
