Short bio:

I am a partner in the Real Estate group and a strategic land and residential development specialist.

I advise clients on property transactions from agreeing Heads of Terms and guidance on the structure of a transaction, through to negotiating and completing the acquisition documentation. My clients tend to be national and regional house builders.

I enjoy helping clients achieve their goals and objectives and finding innovative solutions to allow difficult transactions to proceed.

I am based in Stratford upon Avon but work across all of our offices
