Short bio:
I am a legal director in the Real Estate group at Lodders.
I specialise in commercial property matters and residential development, and I assist clients on a broad range of matters including the negotiation of leases and licences and the acquisition or sale of commercial property. I also deal with the acquisition or sale of land for residential development for regional house builders or landowners alike. My clients range from individual land or business owners to established companies, promoters and developers.
No two transactions are the same and I enjoy the challenge of finding solutions to my clients problems so that they can get on with their projects and achieve their goals and objectives. I enjoy the feeling that comes from getting to know your client’s needs and tailoring the service I provide to suit the client.
