Short bio:
I am a conveyancer in the New Homes team at Lodders, having joined in July 2023.
I act for residential property developers in the sale of new build homes from the point of reservation to post-completion.
My favourite part of the role is building a relationship with my clients, as it is nice to feel that they can trust and rely on you to get their sales over the line in the most efficient manner possible. I also enjoy learning something new and within conveyancing/residential development, there is always something not yet known, which provides a great opportunity to gain knowledge and build upon the skills you already have within the role.
I am currently completing my CILEx qualification and will qualify as a Legal Executive in 2024.
Outside of work, I have five golden retrievers, and always look forward to our morning walks and weekend adventures! I always wanted to work in the legal sector, but if I had to do something else, then I would be a dog photographer. I have certainly had enough practice.
