Short bio:
I am a senior associate in the Private Client team at Lodders and head of the Care and Capacity team.
I specialise in the preparation of wills and lasting powers of attorney, as well as making applications to the Court of Protection where an individual no longer has capacity to make decisions. I assist with the management of affairs for clients and advise on issues concerning funding for care. I also have considerable experience in dealing with the administration of estates.
I enjoy building relationships with my clients and helping to see them through what is often a very emotional and stressful time. I also enjoy the technical aspects of my work and having a legal problem that I can get to the bottom of.
I have been a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) since 2018 and in January 2022 I was awarded a Distinction in the STEP Advanced Certificate in Advising Elderly Clients.
