Eleven of Lodders’ legal specialists across agriculture, family, real estate, construction, and property dispute resolution have been named as amongst the best in the UK by the Chambers and Partners Guide 2027.
The Chambers and Partners Guide ranks UK lawyers and law firms based on their expertise and client feedback. The 2027 edition sees partner James Spreckley maintain the highest Band 1 position in Agriculture, and partner Mark Hands maintain Band 1 in Family law.
The firm’s Agriculture and Estates and Family law teams maintained their Band 2 rankings, with the Corporate and Commercial team maintaining its Band 3 status for work with SME/owner-managed businesses. Lodders’ Real Estate and Property Litigation teams were ranked as Band 4, with the Construction team earning a new Band 4 ranking.
The 2027 edition of the guide also sees Justin Creed, legal director in the Family team, maintain his Band 2 ranking, Vivienne Middleton, partner in the Family team, maintain Band 3, Mark Miller, partner and head of Lodders’ Real Estate group maintain Band 4, Heidi Brennan, partner and head of the Construction team, maintain Band 4, and Kyle Wyness, partner in the Property Dispute Resolution team, earn a new Band 4 ranking.
In addition, Nicola Beach, senior associate in Lodders’ Agriculture team, and Lauren Hutchinson, senior associate in the Dispute Resolution team maintain their rankings as ‘Associates to Watch’, with Katie Mann, associate in the Property Dispute Resolution team named as an Associate to Watch for the first time. Daniel MacLeod, partner in the Real Estate group, is ranked as an ‘Up and Coming’ individual.
