Short bio:
I am a solicitor in the Property Dispute Resolution Team, specialising in commercial and residential property issues. I joined Lodders in March 2019 as a trainee solicitor, and qualified into the Property Dispute Resolution Team in March 2021.
I enjoy a varied workload, advising clients on a range of contentious property matters, both commercial and residential. I particularly enjoy advising on commercial landlord and tenant issues, such as recovery of possession, forfeiture and breaches of covenant, and residential landlord and tenant issues, such as recovery of rent arrears and breaches of tenancy agreements. I also enjoy advising on boundary disputes and rights of way issues and am often instructed on title reconstructions where the deeds to a property have been lost.
Away from advising clients, I am a trustee of the Lodders’ Charitable Foundation, an avid rugby fan, and lover of live music!
